Here we provide you with further information so that you can decide if you would like to continue to receive these communications.

Your practice’s participation is voluntary. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you don’t have to. If you choose to continue to receive these communications, you can also stop at any time. If you stop at any time, there are no repercussions for doing so.

Many General Practices in your area are also receiving similar communications.

What is this research about?

Your PHN in collaboration with the Australian Digital Health Agency is sending out these communications. We are presenting this information to test how to communicate information about My Health Record, and to better understand how we can most effectively communicate to General Practices and healthcare providers about My Health Record.

What will I be asked to do?

If you agree to participate, you will not need to do anything.

Are there any risks?

There are no foreseeable risks to you receiving these messages. Any information collected about you will be collected at an aggregate level, and will not be shared further than those directly involved in this research.

Does my practice have to take part?

No. Participation is completely voluntary. Your practice can withdraw from receiving the communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting the Agency Help Centre.

The Bellberry Human Research Ethics Committee has reviewed this study in accordance with the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007) incorporating all updates.
