What is this research about?
Your PHN in collaboration with the Australian Digital Health Agency is sending out these communications. We are presenting this information to test how to communicate information about My Health Record, and to better understand how we can most effectively communicate to General Practices and healthcare providers about My Health Record.
What will I be asked to do?
If you agree to participate, you will not need to do anything.
Are there any risks?
There are no foreseeable risks to you receiving these messages. Any information collected about you will be collected at an aggregate level, and will not be shared further than those directly involved in this research.
Does my practice have to take part?
No. Participation is completely voluntary. Your practice can withdraw from receiving the communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting the Agency Help Centre.
