Achievement diary

Your child's development and memorable moments that you can add.

Keeping track of important milestones with a child's achievement diary

The achievement diary is a private area where you can securely enter information to help you monitor your child's physical, mental and other developmental milestones. You can keep track of their first words spoken, first steps or first day of primary school and more.

People who can access your child's record will be able to view and add milestones or events. Find out more about who can access a record

Healthcare providers cannot access the achievement diary. If you'd like to share information with them, it will need to be communicated verbally.
