The My Health Record system is being upgraded between 9:00PM Friday 17 August 2018 and 5:00AM Saturday 18 August 2018 (AEST).

The My Health Record system will be available as read-only during this time.

There is no impact on the ability to opt out of My Health Record during this time. You can still opt out of getting a My Health Record during this read-only period online or via the Help line.

Your record can still be accessed and viewed, however you and your healthcare providers will not be able to add new documents to your record, update an existing record or remove information from your record during this time. Linking a myGov account and creating a new record in the My Health Record system is not possible during the read-only period.

If you are using mobile apps, it will be able to connect to the My Health Record system however there will be slight interruptions during this period.
