Frequently asked questions
Who can access My Health Record?
Only you, your nominated or authorised representatives and your healthcare provider organisations can access your record. You can decide which of your healthcare provider organisations can access your record by setting a Record Access Code.
During an emergency, healthcare providers may override access controls to view your health information using the Emergency Access feature.
